Our Exchange & Return Policy

We take pride in standing by all our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date. In case of a proven defect, you can opt for a replacement or exchange it for a similar item equal to higher price.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please note:

  • Items must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging,instructions and paperwork.
  • Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special orders. Personalized and custom designs are final sale.
  • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
    • Credit and Debit Cards - The same account will be credited.
    • Check - A refund check will be issued from our corporate office and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.
    • Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
  • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.

General Policy

At Goldilocks Jewelry, we are committed to providing exceptional jewelry repair services to ensure your treasured pieces are restored to their optimal condition. Our skilled artisans handle each item with care and precision.

Repair Process

  1. Assessment: Each item will undergo a thorough inspection to determine necessary repairs. A detailed estimate will be provided before proceeding
  2. Approval: Repairs will commence only after customer approval.
  3. Turnaround Time: Standard repairs typically take 2 to 3 weeks. Complex repairs may require additional time. Customers will be notified in such cases.
Pricing & payment
  • Repair costs vary based on the type and complexity of the repair. A minimum service charge applies to all repairs. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer and will be included within repair estimate.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the repair.
  • All repair estimates are valid for 14 days.
Repair Warranty and Liability
  • Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering workmanship and materials used. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or subsequent wear and tear.
  • Exclusions: Repairs on items with pre-existing conditions (e.g., fragile or damaged stones) are performed at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for damage that occurs during the repair of fragile or heavily worn items.
  • Third-Party Alterations: Any work performed by third parties voids our repair warranty.
Customer Responsility
  • Customers must disclose any prior alterations or repairs made to the item.
